Diagnostics done with a variety of diagnostic tools,none give engine issues...only issues that pop up are from the driver side,airbag and seatbelts...this is the side the accident was...there is almost no damage to the vehicle besides the engine bay and the steering wheel...all electronics work besides the seatbelts om right side of car...im not sure whats wrong with the vehicle,the hybrid battery might just need to charge but i cant find a charger nearby - Cape Town
