How do I use this agreement of sale?

All the fields are pretty self explanatory, but there are a few questions that have been asked ... :

• The buyer or seller doesnt have a South African ID?
  In the absense of a South African ID number, in order to buy and register a vehicle the buyer must obtain a traffic register certificate. This traffic register number will be used in place of an ID number.
• What do I say under Vehicles Condition?
  If you are the seller, be transparent and inform the buyer of all the known faults. Mention them in this field so the buyer can acknowledge them in writing.
• What do I say under Conditions/Terms of Sale:
  This is between the buyer and the seller, list the conditions here so both parties are clear of their repsonsiblities.
  For example, "The seller will furnish the change of ownership to the traffic department by (date)"
  or "the buyer is responsible for roadworthy" basically whatever the buyer and seller has agreed to.
